You'll always see the full cost before booking — no hidden fees. A small platform fee is included in the displayed rate to keep carecoordin8 running smoothly.

Once you've found a PSW you'd like to work with, select your preferred date and time from their availability calendar, confirm your care needs, and submit the booking request. The PSW will confirm the booking, and you'll receive a confirmation with all the details. It's as simple as booking an appointment online.
We understand that plans change. You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time with no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to fairly compensate the PSW for their reserved time. You can manage all bookings from your dashboard.
Yes. Every PSW on carecoordin8 must provide a valid Vulnerable Sector Check (police background check) before they can accept bookings. We also verify their PSW certification and professional references. PSWs are required to keep their background checks current and renew them annually.

Payment is handled securely through our platform. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. You'll be charged after each completed visit. You can also set up automatic payments for recurring bookings. All payment information is encrypted and processed through our secure payment partner.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with a visit, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include arranging a replacement PSW or providing a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
